ARLINGTON, Texas (Gray News) - A high school student is on life support after playing a game of “senior assassin,” a controversial water gun game that has become popular among graduating seniors, according to KTVT.

In the game, players have a list of people they need to “kill” by spraying with a water gun.

In April, Isaac Leal jumped onto the back of a Jeep as it was pulling out of the driveway.

“Everybody that’s playing has to download that app,” said Jose Leal, Isaac‘s father. “So, that way, they can tell you what location each person is at.”

Security camera videos show Isaac standing on the back bumper of the Jeep until a dip in the road causes him to fall onto the pavement, according to KTVT.

“It was literally six turns and it ended up being five minutes, so that’s five minutes of him holding on for his life,” Jose Leal said.

Isaac, who is just weeks away from graduation, is now on life support with a severe head injury.

His mother, Rachel Vazquez, told KTVT that nothing matters now except saving her son’s life.

“Everything was planned out, but plans changed overnight,” she said.
