DOJ: Migrant caught with child porn in Arizona

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Authorities said a man from Mexico was caught with child porn in San Luis.

The Department of Justice said Alan Xavier Cabrera, 27, of Mexico, was arrested on April 2.

The DOJ said Cabrera applied to enter the U.S. with a travel visa.

“Based on Cabrera’s behavior, agents examined his cell phone and identified numerous images of child pornography,” the DOJ said in a release. “The material included images and videos that appeared to depict minors under the age of 10 years old engaged in sexual acts on adult males.”

Cabrera could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted of possession of child porn.
