PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Every week, Arizona’s Family looks up restaurants recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Environmental Services Department. Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” considered major health code violations by inspectors, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. - Chef scratched face, touched phone – then continued food service
- Sliced ham kept past discard date

- Dishwashing machine not cleaning properly
- Food debris on blades of dicer
- Pan of broccoli not cooling correctly
- Cooked sausage/ground beef not stored cold enough

- No certified food manager
- Raw eggs stored over noodles
- Heavy amount of food debris on meat slicer
- Fried rice not held at proper temperature
