PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Every week, Arizona’s Family looks up restaurants recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Environmental Services Department. Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” considered major health code violations by inspectors, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. The Keg Steakhouse - 3065 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler
3 violations
- Employee not washing hands properly
- Employee touched raw fish then oven handle without washing up
- Bar spoons stored in room temperature water
King Pin Grill and Pizza - 8925 N 12th St, Phoenix
4 violations
- No certified food manager on site
- Cooked meat in container with no label
- Yellow colored organic matter on meat in cooler
- Bag of meat not date marked
