PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Every week, Arizona’s Family looks up restaurants recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Environmental Services Department. Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” considered major health code violations by inspectors, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. - Employee drinks stored above food
- Employee touched trash then began prepping food
- Dishwasher not cleaning properly
- Cooked pork tamales not kept hot enough
Lin’s Grand Buffet - 1215 S Ellsworth Rd, Mesa
6 violations
- Employee not washing hands properly
- Employee eating food then handling food
- Raw beef stored above raw octopus
- Meat shredder with accumulation of food debris
- Employee keys and air pods in dry storage areas
- Employee not using proper sanitizer to clean cutting boards
