PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Every week, Arizona’s Family looks up restaurants recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Environmental Services Department. Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” considered major health code violations by inspectors, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. - Dough machine not cleaned correctly
- Organic black matter on pizza dough pans
- Staff not washing hands properly
Babbo Italian Eatery - 10726 E Southern Ave, Mesa
4 violations
- Sliced squash with organic debris on surface
- Chopped lettuce not kept cold enough
- Goat cheese and steak rolls out of temperature
- Sliced deli meats kept past discard date
