Moldy soda nozzles, cooks not washing up found at Phoenix-area eateries
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Every week, Arizona’s Family looks up restaurants recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Environmental Services Department. Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” considered major health code violations by inspectors, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. - Cooked eggs not held at proper temperature
- Eggs stored above bottled drinks
- Salsa and sausage not date marked properly

- Cook cracked eggs then prepared food without washing hands
- Hash browns out of temperature
- Cole slaw and ranch dressing not kept cold enough
- Container of chocolate stored with non food grade paper towels
Bosa Donuts - 1752 S Signal Butte Rd, Mesa
5 violations
- Organic debris on soda nozzles
- Boba kept past discard date
- Handwash sink blocked by trash can
- Employee washing hands without soap
- Employee washing dishes then serving donuts
