|New companies let Arizonans buy lottery tickets online but they aren't regulated and some are raising questions about their legitimacy. After operating in Arizona for just seven months, Jackpocket, one of the online lottery delivery services, sold a winning Mega Millions ticket worth $112 million. For Texas, which has had these companies for nearly 10 years, officials were considered about underage players and a loophole allowing some to game the system. Amy Cutler reports.

|A Phoenix man has been without his BMW for months following a crash and while the car is repaired, the insurance company still hasn't paid the auto shop. The BMW was eventually taken to a collision center, where repairs were reportedly authorized for just over $5,000. Greg Irwin claims Cox’s insurance company won’t pony up the money for the repair.
