Fans from across America flock to Glendale for the Final Four
GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — It’s down to the Purdue Boilermakers versus the Connecticut Huskies on Monday night for the NCAA Men’s Basketball championship.
Fans of all the teams that made the Final Four, Alabama, Purdue, UConn, and NC State, flocked to the Valley this weekend to cheer on their teams.
“Bucket list to go to the Final Four and Alabama being in the Final Four it’s a double bucket list for me,” said Alabama fan Dee Carraher.
“I’m just ecstatic. My emotions are over the roof,” added Purdue fan Emma Fuller.
The attendance inside State Farm Stadium on Saturday was listed as 74,720.
“I mean it’s electric. It’s electric. And I’m enjoying the hell out of it,” said Alabama fan Conner Abel.
“Oh it’s amazing, wouldn’t rather be anywhere else,” said UConn fan Alex Sheptyck.
Arizona’s Family will have you covered on Monday from Glendale. The national championship is slated to tip off at 6:20 p.m. Arizona time.
