Football Forecast: How will weather affect ASU and the Cardinals?
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — It’s a football weekend here in Arizona, and the weather could play a factor!
Let’s start with the ASU game. If you are tailgating, be ready for hot conditions with a temperature of around 105. Make sure to stay hydrated! It should drop into the 90s by kickoff at 7:30 p.m. and then the 80s by the end of the game.
Fortunately, the entire game will be played after sunset, so you don’t have to worry about the sun beating down on you in the stadium during the game.

Does the heat give ASU an advantage since the players live here in hot Arizona? We will have to see what happens on the field.
The weather could affect Sunday’s Cardinals — Packers game in Green Bay. There will be a chance of showers during the game with breezy conditions. This might affect the kicking game a little, although kickers are pretty good at long kicks these days!

If the rain ends up falling during much of the game, this could also affect the passing game. Stay tuned!
