Natural, herbal remedies offered at Tangled Root Botanicals in Glendale
GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Tangled Root Botanicals exists because of Merihelen Nunez’s lifelong love of plants, nature and people.
Nunez started her line of Tangled Root Botanicals loose-leaf teas, which eventually expanded into Casa Medicina Wellness Center and Cafe. Merihelen says it’s her privilege to assist people in learning about and utilizing natural modalities and herbal support to maintain wellness.
She’s been in the business since 2012, formulating herbal remedies such as teas, tinctures, oils and salves. Merihelen also hosts a myriad of wellness workshops, such as sound healing, reiki, art classes and yoga.
