PEORIA, AZ (AZFamily) — Loc Le is a Valley Marine who loves to cook! After years of cooking his Vietnamese scratch-made food for families and parties, he became his own boss and opened Bee Happy Boba Tea & Pho in 2024.

The shop is located at 75th Avenue and Thunderbird Road in Peoria. On the menu are Boba teas, Vietnamese coffee, sweet teas, smoothies and Bún bò Huế. Le says he loves a hearty bowl of pho and calls it his soul food.

Fish sauce wings, rocket shrimp rolls, and Vietnamese eggrolls are fan favorites. Le is not afraid to venture out and create something new, such as the unique crunchy fried rice and shaking beef pho. He says the patio is a great place to hang with the family over a meal or tea.

Le absolutely loves sharing his food with others and hopes to expand to Chandler to reach the community there as well.
