Unchained Wellness in Gilbert offers holistic approach to health and wellness

GILBERT, AZ (AZFamily) — Unchained Wellness Clinic aims to break free from traditional medicine to offer a personalized, holistic approach to wellness.

When owner and engineer Mason Lundell started having anxiety while working in the construction industry, he wanted to find alternative ways to heal his mental health. His father, a well-known heart surgeon in the Valley, authored a book on the contributing factors to heart disease that weren’t getting much attention. This inspired Mason to look beyond the obvious.

He found success in The Theta Bed, which they use for their 21-day anxiety & depression and 28-day PTSD & addiction programs. He says it puts the brain in the Theta State and opens it to suggestion, learning, healing and signaling the hypothalamus (your flight or fight mechanism) to return to producing normal levels of serotonin, dopamine and other neurotransmitters.

Unchained Wellness also utilizes The Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber for post-surgical/wound healing, autism, cancer/inflammation, post-stroke, neuropathy and so much more. HBOT increases the amount of oxygen your blood can carry. The increase in blood oxygen temporarily restores normal levels of blood gases and tissue function to promote healing and fight infections.

At Unchained Wellness Clinic, you’ll also find transcranial magnetic stimulation, an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, a red-light bed, IVs, B12 shots, and even ketamine therapy.
