PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Kaya Holistic is a unique retail concept that includes a curated selection of botanical wellness products and handcrafted artisan goods.
Owner Cathleen Mitchell calls the space a physical manifestation of everything that has inspired her throughout her lifetime. She’s always had a passion for herbal wellness and energy healing and started the store in 2019 to help educate people about the healing powers of the hemp plant.
Mitchell says it can help improve specific health issues and also help save the planet. In fact, in 2021, Mitchell introduced her own line of custom-formulated, small-batch CBD products. She has also curated products from other like-minded creators, introducing new wellness products and healing modalities.
Conscious Goods for Conscious People is the inspiration behind their intentional selection of eco-minded products (for kitchen & garden, bath & body, baby & kids, and pets) and books on wellness, mindfulness, gardening, nature, and sustainability.
At Kaya Holistic, Mitchell takes great care in choosing the herbal products they offer, advocating a natural approach to wellness. The apothecary features a curated selection of CBD & mushroom supplements, adaptogens, and flower essences with various tinctures, tonics, topicals, edibles and salves.
The Sundays at Kaya series offers educational discussions and hands-on workshops facilitated by local wellness practitioners, artists, and energy healers.
