Bentley is kind, loving and has big dreams
This 13-year-old likes to sing, study math and play video games.
GILBERT, AZ (AZFamily) — Thirteen-year-old Bentley is a lot of fun.
He is a kind kid who kept everyone laughing during his visit to School of Rock in Gilbert.
Before he got his one-on-one singing lesson, he had to do some stretching with the instructor, laughing along the way.
Bentley is talkative, and friendly and has a lot of hobbies like Pokémon cards, reading and video games like The Blockheads.
“I almost beat the entire game, on simple mode,” he said.
During his visit to School of Rock he chose to sing a song from one of his favorite bands, Maroon 5.
Bentley would do great with almost any family; he said a father figure would be good because that is something he has never really had.
“I want a family where I could have a dad because I’ve never had a dad,” he said.
Bentley was candid about the struggles of foster care, but still made time to laugh along the way as he perfected his song.
“I don’t actually know how to play,” he said, laughing as he hit some of the piano keys.
He said active families with plenty of siblings sound fun.
“I want like a giant family,” he said.
Bentley has big dreams that include finding that big, loving family, creating a successful YouTube channel and maybe becoming a famous singer along the way.
