Missed seeing ‘Sinners’ in IMAX 70mm? Here’s your chance to see it again
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Marvel’s antihero team the Thunderbolts* may be kicking Ryan Coogler’s Sinners out of IMAX theaters for now, but all those who missed Sinners in IMAX 70mm will get their chance again in two weeks.
Sinners has become the big movie success story of 2025, grossing $141 million domestically and $181 million worldwide. Approximately 21% of the domestic gross has come from IMAX screens. Thunderbolts* will be taking over those IMAX screens for the next two weeks.
After that, Sinners will return to nine IMAX 70mm theaters across North America from Thursday, May 15, to Wednesday, May 21. Harkins Theatres at Arizona Mills is one of those locations.
If you’re going to see Sinners, IMAX 70mm is definitely the way to go. Of course, a great movie is a great movie, but for me, IMAX 70mm is the supreme way to experience any film.
