- Pay attention to fire restrictions and Red Flag Warnings.
- Make sure chains and tow straps are not dragging. Dragging causes sparks that can start a wildfire.
- Do not park in dry grassy areas. The heat from your vehicle can spark a wildfire.
- Understate that there is no smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, in Flagstaff’s public areas.
- Know how to put out a campfire. Simply pouring water on it isn’t enough.
