(CNN) – Spirit Airlines is making some changes to its passengers’ dress code policy.
The budget carrier has released an update to its contract of carriage, which guests agree to upon making a reservation with the airline.
The updates specifically addresses lewd clothing and tattoos that will no longer be allowed on board.
Spirit gives specific examples as see-through clothing and exposed private parts.
Spirit also says passengers wearing obscene, offensive or revealing clothing or body art may be denied boarding or removed from flights.
The new policy comes after two women were kicked off a Spirit flight for wearing crop tops.
