PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Construction on Arizona’s first St. Jude Dream Home is nearing completion, and volunteers apart of the historic event got to leave their mark on it.

On Wednesday morning, partners, sponsors and team members signed the home’s subfloor, including Arizona’s Family anchor Tess Rafols!

The signatures will be covered once the home is completed.

Tickets for the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway will go on sale February 26. Viewers will be able to reserve their tickets then.

The first-place prize is a house located in Ironwood Villages at North Creek in Queen Creek and built by Woodside Homes.

Only 10,000 tickets will be offered in the giveaway. Tickets will be up for public reservation for $100.
