Arizona‘s Family partners with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for first-ever Dream Home Giveaway in Arizona
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Want to win your dream home?
For the first time, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is bringing the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway to Arizona. The first-place prize is a house located in Ironwood Villages at North Creek in Queen Creek and built by Woodside Homes.
This is a project that everyone can get behind with a goal of raising $1 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Arizona’s Family is proud to partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to bring you all the updates as the project moves along—starting with the Groundbreaking Ceremony on Friday, Oct. 25, airing live on Good Morning Arizona.
About the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway
Only 10,000 tickets will be offered in the giveaway. Tickets will be up for public reservation for $100 each starting Feb. 26, 2025.
The house in Queen Creek will be open for public viewing beginning with the April 3, 2025, grand opening and continuing every weekend through May 4.
On May 7, 2025, the house and other prizes will be given away live on Arizona’s Family.
