Paul Horton is a passionate meteorologist who loves Arizona. He provides weather forecasts and traffic updates for the Noon, 3 PM, 4 PM, and 5 PM newscasts.
Paul graduated from the communication and broadcasting program at George Fox University and earned his meteorology degree from Mississippi State University. He is a nine-time Emmy Award winner, including the prestigious Governor's Award for his work on his annual car wash event.
Community involvement is very important to Paul. Every October, Arizona's Family holds an annual Pay it Forward car wash that benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona. Over the past 15 years, Paul's car wash has raised more than $2 million for this organization.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, Paul previously worked as a meteorologist in Spokane and Cincinnati before moving to Phoenix.
On weekends, you can find Paul hosting events, hiking, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the beautiful state of Arizona with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children.
