New companies let Arizonans buy lottery tickets online but they aren't regulated and some are raising questions about their legitimacy. After operating in Arizona for just seven months, Jackpocket, one of the online lottery delivery services, sold a winning Mega Millions ticket worth $112 million. For Texas, which has had these companies for nearly 10 years, officials were considered about underage players and a loophole allowing some to game the system. Amy Cutler reports.
