Two weeks later, no arrests have been announced
SURPRISE, AZ (AZFamily) — Police in Surprise have released the name of the woman whose body was found at a landfill near 195th Avenue and Deer Valley Road two weeks ago.
Surprise police say the Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner has positively identified the remains as belonging to 23-year-old Raquel Marie Morales of Surprise.

Authorities are asking the public to share tips about Morales as the investigation into her death continues. The Medical Examiner’s report remains pending.
