Superstition Fire and Medical Rescue responded just after 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday after a cat got trapped in a palm tree about 40 feet up from the ground.

After a few moments, firefighters rescued the black-and-white feline off the tree using their ladder and gently return them home.

“We don’t receive calls like this often, but when we do, it always leads to a heartwarming reunion,” said fire spokesperson Sophie Boukatch.
