Chandler teacher recognized for positivity in the classroom

CHANDLER, AZ (AZFamily) — A Chandler teacher is being recognized for doing Something Good.
Angelica Abbey is one of 20 educators from across the United States who are nominated for Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s Sunshine for Teachers contest. She’s a sixth grade teacher at Frye Elementary.
The contest aims to recognize teachers who spread joy in their schools and communities. The top vote-getter wins some cool prizes for their school.
